The Town of Innisfil offers pop-up shop opportunities at our most popular beaches during the warmer months! We invite sales/service vendors and food trucks to submit an application to set up shop at Innisfil Beach Park and Leonard's (10th Line) Beach.
Availability
We have approved vendor locations at:
- Innisfil Beach Park
- Two service spaces
- Two vendor spaces (with electricity)
- Four vendor spaces (without electricity)
- Leonard's Beach (10th Line Beach Park)
- One food vendor space
- One sales/service vendor space

How to apply
Submit a completed Pop-Up Shop application [PDF/1MB] along with the following documents to activeinnisfil@innisfil.ca:
- Valid insurance, naming the Town as co-insured
- Valid health certificate from Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit for food vendors
- Business licence (if required)
Note: Food trucks do have special requirements and guidelines. See our Food Truck Licence page for details. A Town of Innisfil Facility Permit must be signed and returned with payment for your application to be approved.

Fees
Review rental fees, subject to HST. A 20% non-resident charge applies. Prices are subject to change. Permits are valid from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Payment method
You must pay all rental fees by the payment date on your permit. You can pay by:
- Visa, Mastercard or American Express
- Debit – pay at Town Hall through Customer Service
- Cash – pay at Town Hall through Customer Service
- Cheque – must be made payable to “Town of Innisfil” and provided at least 30 days before the permit start date. A $30 service charge will apply to any NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheque
