Removing trees from your property
Tree cutting is prohibited on any land that is subject to site plan control without prior approval from the Town. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Waterfront homes
- Commercial properties
- Industrial properties
County of Simcoe forest preservation
If your property contains more than one hectare of woodlands, you'll be subject to the regulations in the County of Simcoe Forest Conservation By-law.
