- Boat launch: Open
- Trail from Fire Station 1 into the park: Open
- Beaches 3-5 (Central Beach and North Beach): Open
- Washroom pavilion: Open
- Playground: Open
- Volleyball courts: Early July 2026
- Tennis and pickleball courts: September 2026
- Beach 2 (South Beach): Mid-October 2026
- New park exit: Mid-October 2026
- Completion of Phase 1: Mid-October 2026
