The Town of Innisfil and the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library invite you to our mini municipal open house for newcomers. Happening on Thursday, September 17 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Library's Lakeshore Branch.

All Innisfil community members are invited to stop by, meet your neighbours, enjoy complimentary Canadian treats, and:

• Learn more about your municipal government
• Meet municipal partners that can support you
• Connect with local organizations and service providers
• Access important resources to help you settle into Innisfil
• Get a Library card and learn about programs offered at the Library

From newcomers to Canada and people recently moved to Innisfil to those born and raised in town, all are encouraged to attend. Limited kids' activities will be available on site (require adult supervision).

Week of Welcome

This event is being hosted as part of the County of Simcoe's annual Week of Welcome. This annual campaign focuses on the economic, social, cultural, and political integration of newcomers in Simcoe County by liaising with local municipal partners, settlement service provider organizations, ethno-cultural groups, and vendors.
