Pitt Street Park, located at 760 Pitt St., is getting an upgrade! Construction is set to begin at the end of August 2026 and be completed by spring 2027.

Planned improvements

Pitt Street Park will receive:

  • A new, larger playground
  • Asphalt walkways
  • Improved park furniture
  • Tree pruning, grading, and drainage work 

Playground renderings

The new playground will feature play structures for littles and big kids, swings, and interactive elements to encourage children to explore and use their imagination.

This project is part of the Town's Playground Replacement and Park Redevelopment Program, which updates aging equipment once it has reached the end of its useful life and reimagines underutilized green space.
