As part of the Bayshore Road Drainage Improvements project, the Town of Innisfil is completing road improvements to Bayshore Road and nearby roadways. Work includes roadway and culvert replacements, ditch clear-outs and regrading, and road reconstruction. Upgrades to the existing outlet and construction of a new outlet at Bayshore Road Park will also take place.
Road closures
Lakeshore Boulevard (from Bayshore Road to North Shore Drive) will be closed from October 14 at 7:00 a.m. to October 16 at 6:00 p.m. (weather permitting), for cross culvert replacement.
Residents may experience temporary disruptions, including driveways being temporarily restricted while heavy machinery passes. Other disruptions may include noise, dust, and construction-related activities while crews are on site.
Access will be maintained for emergency services and detours will be in place. Please drive with caution and follow detour signage.
