Follow these steps to create a Cloudpermit account:

1. Visit Cloudpermit’s website.
   • Click Register
   • Enter your email address. It will be your User ID in Cloudpermit
   • Click on the Terms of Service link. Read the terms carefully
   • Select the check box Yes, I agree to the Terms of Service.
   • Click Continue
2. Check your email inbox to verify the registration. Check your Junk/Spam folder in case the email has been flagged. If it has been more than 24 hours, you will need to request another registration email.
3. Click Complete registration in your email verification to finish your profile information.

The next time you visit the site, you’ll login using your email and password. For a more detailed guide, review Cloudpermit’s walkthrough.

1. On your dashboard, click Create a New Application.
2. Select Province (Ontario) and Municipality (Innisfil).
3. Select the Application Type and Category appropriate for your project.
4. Select whether you're the applicant or an agent. 
5. Name your application (e.g., 123 Walnut Street – Minor Variance) and click Next.
6. Enter the property address or roll number, or use the interactive map to locate it.
7. Click Finish & Create.

If applicable:

• Agent Authorization Form: Must be printed and signed by the property owner, then uploaded into Cloudpermit. 
• Affidavit or Sworn Declaration: Signed by the property owner or agent in front of a Commissioner of Oaths. If you need a qualified individual to witness the signature, please contact Town Hall at 705-436-3710 to schedule an appointment.

• Payment is accepted after your application is deemed complete (except for pre-consultation requests).
• Pay online through Cloudpermit (up to $5,000) by PayPal, in person at Town Hall, or by mailing a cheque payable to the Town of Innisfil.
