Alongside active development applications, the Town is advancing several major projects that will shape Innisfil’s future. These initiatives involve significant planning work, community engagement, and coordination with multiple partners.
The Orbit
The Orbit is planned to be a transit-oriented community built around the proposed Innisfil GO Station by 6th Line and east of 20th Sideroad.
RVH Innisfil Campus
The new campus in Innisfil will be located at the southwest corner of Yonge Street and Innisfil Beach Road, south of Stroud.
Municipal planning data reporting
Under the Planning Act, the Town of Innisfil must submit quarterly reports on planning application data to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in accordance with Ontario Regulation 73/23.
