Family and Friends - Neighbours Helping Neighbours
Join family and friends in preparing simple, balanced meals to package and drop off at the Troy Scott Community Fridges. Participants aged 10+.

Youth Neighbours Helping Neighbours
Give back to your community and earn community service hours! Youth participants ages 12 to 17 prepare simple, balanced meals to package and drop off at the Troy Scott Community Fridges
Cooking Up Community (55+)
Learn how to prepare simple, balanced meals that optimize health while aging. You'll cook the meal as a group and then enjoy it together.

Senior Meal Kits (55+)
Try a new recipe and challenge your cooking skills with the monthly Senior Meal Kits. Each food box includes a written recipe and pre-portioned ingredients.

Kids in the Kitchen
Children take the lead alongside their caregivers to explore food and prepare child-friendly recipes. Extra portions are packaged for the Troy Scott Community Fridges.
