As part of the Killarney Beach Road (KBR) urbanization project, sections of KBR will be closed to facilitate construction.

• KBR from Church Drive to Corner Avenue
  • June 3 to August 21, 2026 for Phase 2
• KBR from Corner Avenue to Ewart Street
  • August 21, 2026 to November 2, 2026 for Phase 3

Construction is weather permitting and dates are subject to change.

Access for local traffic, businesses, and emergency services only. Detours are in place.

Project details

The project includes:

• Upgrade and replacement of existing storm sewers and driveway culverts
• Regrading roadside ditches
• Installation of multi-use paths
• Road resurfacing
• Street lighting improvements
