Innisfil, ON – The Town of Innisfil has launched a survey to better understand the needs of residents who use community programs and spaces. From arenas, halls, and fields to programs, summer camps, and events, the Town is seeking feedback from residents about how satisfied they are with current service fees. These perspectives will help inform decisions about future fee structures and assistance programs to ensure residents are provided with affordable spaces at a fair price.
“Staying active and involved is key to our overall health, and we want to ensure all residents have the opportunity to participate in the many programs the Town provides,” says Mayor Lynn Dollin.
Through this survey, the Town seeks to better understand how the community uses current services, including recreation centres and arenas, programs and events, and more. Responses will help the Town evaluate what’s working, what barriers residents may be facing, and how improvements can be made.
As an incentive for participation, the Town is offering a $100 gift certificate towards a recreation program or facility rental. The survey is open from June 30 to July 31.
