TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil proposes to pass a by-law to stop up, close, declare surplus and dispose of a portion of the unopened road allowance in the Town of Innisfil, County of Simcoe, described as follows:
Part of PIN 58064-0130 (LT), being part of Nelson Street, Registered Plan 162, designated as Part 1 on Plan 51R-45317; Innisfil, as shown outlined in red in the key map below.
The proposed by-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at 2101 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil, Ontario, on the 24th day of June, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Town at the address below.
