The Steps for Safety: Walk to End Sex Trafficking is a family-friendly walk taking place on Saturday, September 19 at Dorian Parker Centre (Sunnidale Park) in Barrie.
Following the success of the 2025 edition, funds raised through this year's event will continue to directly support Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions' local anti-human trafficking initiatives. Through their anti-human trafficking initiatives, their goal is to ensure safety, stability, and a hopeful future for our friends and neighbours most at risk in our community.
Participants can choose to walk 2.5 or 5 km. There will be supported rest stops along the way and tasty snacks at the finish line.
