Town of Innisfil set to celebrate community volunteers for National Volunteer Week

Innisfil, ON – In honour of National Volunteer Week (NVW), the Town of Innisfil is kicking off the annual celebration with a special Volunteer Appreciation Social to thank and recognize community volunteers.

The event is taking place on Sunday,  April 14 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library’s Lakeshore Branch (967 Innisfil Beach Road). There will be food, refreshments, and camaraderie for all. Local volunteers must register to attend and are asked to RSVP by Sunday, March 31 at

Teen Nights are coming to community hubs across Innisfil

Innisfil, ON – The Town of Innisfil is partnering with the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library and YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka to launch Teen Nights at community hubs across Innisfil. Starting next month, youth in Grades 7 to 12 can visit free, safe spaces to gather, connect and have fun.
