Innisfil Accessibility Advisory Committee
All meetings are located at the Town Hall at 1:00 p.m and meet the second Tuesday of each month except for the full month of July. Meetings are subject to change and are posted on the Event Calender.
The Innisfil Accessibility Advisory Committee is a legislated committee, per the Ontarians with Disabilities Act (ODA), and has been active since October 2002.
The mandate of the committee is to assist Council in improving opportunities for persons with disabilities by promoting the implementation of the Ontarians with Disabilities Act (ODA) in the Town of Innisfil. The Innisfil Accessibility Advisory Committee will achieve this primarily by advising Council each year and, as required by the Act, by preparing an annual accessibility plan for Council approval which will focus on the identification, removal and prevention of barriers to people with disabilities.
Please contact the Town Clerk or Assistant Clerk at 705-436-3710.
