Human Resources
As a strategic business partner, the Human Resources Department provides consultant services on Human Resource Management, to the various teams, management and employees within the Town’s organization. Human Resources provides services in the areas of labour relations, performance management, training and development, salary and benefits administration, Health and Safety, WSIB claims management, recruitment and policy development.

Additional Services
The Human Resources Department of the Town of Innisfil works with Town Council, all departments and many Community organizations in order to provide efficient and cost effective services to staff and members of the public. The Human Resources Department offers its multi-faceted services to its employees and their families and continues to maintain relations with the Town’s bargaining units. The Human Resources Department also keeps current with human resources management initiatives and technological change.
