Contacting Your Council
Please do not hesitate to call any member of Council for assistance. Citizen complaints should be processed through customer service to ensure the proper departments are notified and entered into the tracking system. If the problem is not resolved within a reasonable time, it may be referred to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Where the complainant is still not satisfied, a direct approach by those concerned may be made to Council either in writing or by personal appointment.

Student Mayor Program

Council implemented the Student Mayor program in 2004, whereby Grade 8 Public School students of Innisfil are elected by their peers to be Student Mayor for one month. This program introduces our young people to the ways of Municipal Government and helps to make them aware of the functions of Council, the Mayor's Office and Municipal departments.
