    Property Standards Committee

Property Standards Officers of the Municipality investigate all property standard complaints and enforce the property standards by-law. Where an owner feels that he/she is being dealt with unfairly or cannot comply with an Order, they may, through the Clerk's Office within 14 days of the Order being issued, make an appeal to the Property Standards Committee. The Committee is comprised of three Innisfil Residents (appointed by Town By-law) who will set a date and time for an appeal hearing.

    Livestock Valuers

Livestock Valuers are appointed by By-Law comprised of Innisfil residents with farm animal experience. Livestock Valuers work in conjunction with Municipal Law to investigate any livestock killed or injured within the Town. Losses are valued and reported to the Town for reimbursement for damage done by wolves/coyotes. The Province currently reimburses the Municipality for damage caused by wolves/coyotes only.
