| On Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at 7:00 pm, Council will hold a special Committee of the Whole meeting to hear any comments on the
proposed Growth Management Strategy and Official Plan Amendment No. 1. |
| A Public Open House and Public Meeting for the proposed Official Plan Amendment No. 1 were held
December 2, 2008 and December 10, 2008 respectively. As a result of comments received, some changes have been made
to Official Plan Amendment No. 1. These changes are detailed in the Staff Report to Council (OP GROWTH MGT-001-09),
dated February 25, 2009. With respect to the proposed GO Station, the station site will remain in Lefroy. |
| Council Resolution CR-098.09, dated February 25, 2009, resolves that staff reconsider the addition of Area 7 instead of Area 8
