Nomination Form and Fee

Nominations may be filed in person at Town Hall, 2101 Innisfil Beach Road, beginning January 4, 2010 to September 9, 2010 during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), or on September 10, 2010 (Nomination Day) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Candidates must complete the following forms:

Proof of identity and qualifying address is required in order to submit nomination papers.

At the time of filing, each candidate must pay the nomination fee - $200 for head of council candidates and $100 for all other candidates. Payment must be made by cash, certified cheque or money order payable to the "Town of Innisfil".

Note: the Nomination Paper (Form 1) and the Declaration of Qualification must be signed by the candidate and taken before a Commissioner of Oaths (Clerk or designate).

Nomination Day is Friday, September 10, 2010.

All qualifying nomination papers will be formally certified on Monday, September 13, 2010.
